4 48-Hour Hold Option New (Non-Refundable)

Due to high demand, Newport Leasing Group now offers a 48-hour equipment hold. A deposit of 25% of the applicable damage deposit reserves your unit from the time requirements are emailed to you. If all documentation is completed within 48 hours, the hold deposit is credited toward your total balance due at pickup. Failure to complete requirements within 48 hours forfeits the hold deposit — no exceptions.

48-Hour Hold Terms & Conditions
  • Hold is initiated when the customer communicates rental intent and the 25% deposit is received.
  • The 48-hour window begins when Newport Leasing Group sends rental requirements via email.
  • Hold deposit is credited toward the full damage deposit at the time of pickup.
  • Unit is held exclusively for the customer during the 48-hour period.
  • Failure to complete all requirements within 48 hours results in forfeiture of the hold deposit — no refunds will be issued. However, the hold deposit may be transferred to initiate the rental process on a different available unit at the customer's request.
  • Damage deposits are per trailer. Multiple units require a separate damage deposit and hold deposit for each trailer requested.
  • A hold does not guarantee rental approval — all applications remain subject to review.

The $25.00 application fee is a non-refundable administrative fee that covers document preparation, compliance review, and delivery of rental documentation to the applicant. Payment of this fee does not guarantee application approval or equipment availability. This fee is entirely separate from rental payments, damage deposits, or hold deposits and will not be refunded under any circumstances regardless of application outcome.

Submission does not constitute a binding rental agreement. All applications are subject to review and approval at Newport Leasing Group's sole discretion. Equipment is not considered yours until all required rental requirements have been submitted and you receive a confirmation email from Newport Leasing Group indicating you have successfully completed all requirements. Rates are effective May 1, 2026 and subject to change. The applicant certifies all information is accurate. Customer is responsible for all maintenance and upkeep during the rental term.
